Travel Tips: Leveraging Audience Data
Each month, I was tasked with using internal and external data to inform GetYourGuide's content mix on Instagram.
This content leveraged the top destinations, travel trends, questions, and behaviors extracted from audiences via internal booking data and social listening platforms like Meltwater and Sprout Social.
I also helped activate A/B testing in our content to identify behavioral trends from users based on specific formats and elements.
Each piece of content was created in collaboration with a content design team at my previous agency.
